Absolutely huge week in WA running and a huge episode as a result.
Sinead can't join us this week so Dan and Matt fly the WARP flag.
In this episode:
- Dan has a lighter week of mileage but has his debut run with the Banana Bread Chasers Run Club, as well as getting involved in Sunday's WAMC Point Walter 16k
- Matt has a big week of mileage with 2 spicy workouts, a new trail loop for his long run and meets with some running professionals for advice on nutrition and strength
