We're back with another episode where we cover results from the WAMC Point Walter Run, Strive Program D 800m & 5,000m, WA performances at the Osaka Marathon along with the final Perth Trail Summer Series, Swissmurdie. 

In this week's interview we caught up with Chris Lark and Curtis Simon-Menasse, the brains trust and race directors of the Runningworks event series about their upcoming Lark Hill Ultra on Saturday 1st March and their suite of runningworks events.

The Perth Track Classic is on this Saturday, and we ponder whether we'd invite the old hosts back onto the pod.
